I have Multiple Sclerosis, Hashimoto’s Hypothyroiditis, and a black belt in taekwondo. I’m also an ocular melanoma (OM2) survivor, and a sort-of Buddhist. This might explain why my writing is kinda obsessed with apocalypse…societal, religious, and personal.
My work can be found in print in the nonfiction anthology Unspoken: Writers on Infertility, Miscarriage, and Stillbirth, in the post-apocalyptic scifi anthology Cat Ladies of the Apocalypse, and online at Pyramid Magazine and The Mighty. The first book of my post-apocalyptic science fiction trilogy, The Catherine Wheel, is forthcoming in 2023. My author page at Amazon can be found here.
I live in Virginia with my best work: my kid, my husband, and (God help me) two cats.
